Their Physician's Portal allows users to manage and update personal contact information, keep medical licenses up-to-date, apply and pay for an initial certification exam, and view score results.

Overview

A comprehensive UX heuristic evaluation was performed on the ABPN web dashboard.

The evaluation uncovered critical, moderate, minor, and aesthetic areas for enhancement in usability and user experience, leading to actionable recommendations aimed at improving the platform's overall performance.

By addressing both overarching and page-specific issues, our objective is to enhance user engagement and satisfaction, thereby maximizing the success of our application and web experience.

Summary of Findings

Our heuristic evaluation has uncovered a comprehensive array of issues, totaling 21 findings.

The breakdown of these findings enables us to pinpoint the most pressing usability issues while also addressing the finer details of user experience.

With this comprehensive understanding, we are well-equipped to prioritize and implement targeted improvements, ensuring a more streamlined and user-friendly system that aligns with the overarching goals.
